Tight D (Definition)

In basketball, there are certain words that are shortened to be able to use it while playing on the court. An example of these words is "Tight D". Tight D is a word used while playing basketball. It is a shortcut term for tight defense. Obviously, it means to tightly guard your opponent, as much as possible, away from the ball, and most importantly away from the basket.
Another term used in basketball is "Set". We are all familiar that "Set" means, a group forming a whole (example: a set of gardening tools). While in basketball, it simply means to tell your teammates to be ready or to be in position.

How Am I As A Listener?

In class discussions, I always try my best to listen to my professors or teachers discussing their lessons. I also listen and write at the same time, that is if there are important details and informations about the lesson, written on the board. In some other subjects, I get sleepy because of boredom, or maybe also because of the lesson and/or the style of teaching the particular professor is familiarized. When this happens, I use to talk to someone or even make some noise just to keep myself awake and "away" from boredom. I try sharing some jokes in class, jokes that are, somehow, related to the topic for my classmates to be also alive while in the discussion, and also for myself to relate in the lesson.
For me, I am not a good listener. There are a lot of times that I ask my classmates about a particular lesson or task, or even assignments which have already said and discussed in class.
